MANOU BEAUTY SALON, IS COMMITTED TO THE COMFORT, SAFETY, AND SATISFACTION OF OUR CLIENTS. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTEMENT PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO REVIEW IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND OTHER POLICIES.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, We'll make our best effort to satisfy our client.!
RETURN & REFUND
We do not offer refunds on retail products purchased in our salon. If you are dissatisfied with your product, you may exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value within 7 days of the original purchase date. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
Similarly, we do not offer refunds on our services. If you are unhappy with a service you received in our salon, please let us know as soon as possible. Each case is evaluated on an individual basis, and we will determine how to proceed from there. We make our best effort to make you leave our salon happy!

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES
In the event that an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled with less than a 24-hours notice, it will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services. Cancellations/reschedules within an hour of the scheduled appointment with be considered a no-show, therefore incur a 100% no-show fee.

NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS
In the event that an appointment is no-showed, it will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled services.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please keep in mind that we maintain a very punctual schedule. We understand that things happen but one late arrival can impact the entire schedule of the service provider. We will call you if we are running behind and ask that you do the same. Please call/text us if you are running late so we can plan accordingly and be on time for all scheduled appointments. We offer a 15 minute grace period before the appointment is marked as a No-Show. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to service you if you arrive late to your appointment and will be responsible for 50% of the scheduled service cost.
FREQUENT CANCELLATIONS
In the event that a client demonstrates a pattern of frequent cancellations, our management reserves the right to implement measures to ensure fair access to our services for all clients.
COVID-19 SAFETY & HEALTH HISTORY
Manou Beauty Salon is following all CDC Covid Safety practicies. For your safety and the safety of our staff, we ask that you stay home if you are feeling ill or if you have been exposed to the Covid-19 virus. Please call us at 772-646-3006 and we'll reschedule your appointment for a later time.
For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilitics, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please let your stylist know immediately.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to decline service to any client with skin abrasions that may compromise the health of our stylists. Additionally, any behavior deemed disrespectful mproperly, intoxicated or creating a stressful environment will result in the refusal of service
